After purchasing my own property in Port Douglas in 2016 and having a difficult time managing it from afar (though getting successful returns) I dreamed of starting my own business offering a reliable and trustworthy service to investors wanting to take advantage of the great returns you can achieve by holiday letting in Port Douglas.


 

I have been a licensed Property Manager for over 14 years and have also managed a 5 star exclusive Island off the coast of Queensland. My experience ensures you will get a professional service, and my attention to detail will ensure you get those 5 star reviews.

I provide a reliable, end to end service so clients can relax whilst still getting the benefit of a higher weekly return than in long term letting.

My service is perfect for those out of town investors who want to put their property in holiday letting but aren’t local to deal with the day to day management.

At the initial consultation, I will visit the property and provide suggestions to get your property “airbnb ready”, and can coordinate “facelifts” if required.

With experience in Photography & Marketing, I can ensure your property is presented well for photos and maximize your bookings.

Tropical Getaways will be set up as a “co host” on your airbnb listing so I have access to update your listing, calendar and bookings, liase with potential guests, respond to enquries as well as provide guest reviews.

INCLUDED in my fee’s is a weekly cleaning service as an additional WOW factor for guests, with any booking over 10 nights. This also ensures your property is being looked after and will minimize potential problems with long bookings.

Airbnb handles all payments and the income will go directly into our nominated accounts. Any optional extras will be invoiced to you and payment will be required within 7 days.
